Practice Schedule
Two rooms run at the same time. Wrestlers are grouped by age and experience. Practice gear: tucked-in shirt and shorts with no zippers. Shoes and a water bottle every night.

Not sure which room fits? Ask any club coach at practice. Coaches move wrestlers up when they're ready.
